  4. Oh yes, I am sure there are many, many more directors who are very popular such as Baz Luhrmann, Lars von Trier, David O. Russell, but i'm just not a huge fan of their work or style of directing :)

  6. Hayao Miyazaki is one of my favourites, so glad you included him as most people like to ignore non Western artists/ filmmakers and brilliance in general
    He is truly a genius though, Spirited Away changed my life.
    Also, I noticed how strong his female protagonists are, they are independent and intelligent, not dull, needy or have weak scripts - puts Hollywood to shame really
